Ensure the Registered Address of your Cyprus Company Includes a Postal Code
The Department of Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property has launched an important update campaign to ensure the accuracy of the Companies Registry. All registered companies are urged to verify their registered office address, ensuring it includes a Postal Code, and to update the Registry if any changes are required.
Why?
- Companies without a postal code may not receive critical correspondence, including reminder letters for the submission of the HE32 (Annual Return) Form and Financial Statements.
- Failure to update your registered address may result in a three-month warning publication and potential removal from the Companies Registry, without further notice.
What You Need to Do
- Check that your company’s registered office address includes a valid postal code.
- If any changes are needed, submit the necessary updates to the Registrar of Companies promptly.
