All registered companies are urged to verify their registered office address, ensuring it includes a Postal Code, and to update the Registry if any changes are required.
Why?
- Companies without a postal code may not receive critical correspondence, including reminder letters for the submission of the HE32 (Annual Return) Form and Financial Statements.
- Failure to update your registered address may result in a three-month warning publication and potential removal from the Companies Registry, without further notice.
